Static - Master Post

Fic title: Static
Author name: glasslogic
Artist name: ely-wa
Genre: wincest, slash
Pairing: Sam/Dean
Disclaimer: I have no rights to any of the copyrighted free hit counterscharacters/material in this fic, and I make no profit from it.
Rating: NC-17
Word count: 63k
Warnings/Spoilers: dub-con, blood-play, ...bad language (again).

Summary: Lilith's plans are in shambles and the door to Lucifer's cage has been well and truly lost, but Dean is still a demon and Sam is still bound to him with a stolen curse of sex and blood. All things considered, though, Sam's life could be worse and he is making peace not just with Dean, but with his own growing psychic gifts and the barrage of seemingly meaningless visions they inflict on him. But strange winds are starting to blow and after a series of disasters strike, Sam discovers that the greatest danger may be in the secrets that still lie between him and Dean. If Sam can't fix things before time runs out it won't be the Apocalypse, but it will still be the end of the world.

This story is a direct sequel to Fortress, and was submitted for the 2011 SPN J2 Big Bang challenge.

Author's Notes

I owe my undying gratitude and effusive thanks to the following people --vodou_blue for her extrordinary (and, as always, last minute on my part) grammar work, elusive-life-77 for beta reading and her unflagging enthusiasm and zombie slayage, and canter76, alchemynerd, caz2y5, roshni06, and heard-the-owl, all of whom offered so much of their time and advice and support to get this story done and posted on time.

And of course my awesome artist ely-wa!

Hi! Would it be possible to email me the PDF? I'd love to be able to read this series, but I'm afraid I won't have much Internet access for the rest of the summer. I'd really, really appreciate it.

My email: (highlight) ****

Thanks in advance!

And again I come bearing bad-link tidings. LOL A new, shiny, functioning link would be awesome! *wink*

E2A::: If it helps, MediaFire seems to be a decent new hosting site, if you're getting lots of PDF requests and are looking for a place.

I had nothing to do with the different files formats and hosting. On the readers side I love when author's make that available. As an author I hate it, for reasons I will refrain from going into here but it's always a sad day when a DL link goes up *wryly* I negotiate between my conflicting impulses by posting the link to DL versions when other people create and host them. I do need to remove these links now that medifire is down though. That's just mean to keep them up *wryly*

Amalthia has them all on her epub site I think (a link I don't have available at the moment), and most of them are now on A03 which I think has some kind of DL feature. I can probably hook you up directly though, email me at glasslogic@gmail.com and let me know which ones you want to read and I'll see if I can find the PDF files for you.

Just thought I'd tell you that your Megaupload link to this story no longer exists because if the site getting shutdown. Looks like a good story. :)

Right, thanks! I need to go through and take them off all the fic that has them. I didn't have anything to do with the DL files so I never remember *wryly* This story is actually a sequel to Fortress -- if you're inclined I would start with that one first *grins*

Finale of the Series

I have read all the works in the universe and love it - any chance we will be seeing the finale soon? It is hard to wait :) Thank you so much for sharing your immense talent.

I'm so glad you enjoy them! Ideally, I'm doing the last fic for next year's SPN J2 BB. I say "ideally" because, well, I'm really really really bad at sticking to a plan *resigned* But I am going to try! <3
