So, I am many years late to SPN and to the fandom, but whilst searching for crossovers I stumbled over this fic. I don't know anything about Millenium - had never heard of it - but Sam/Jess/Dean is my favorite triad and they are featured so infrequently; I couldn't resist checking this out just in case it turned out to be decent.
Anyway. I just devoured the entire story in one sitting. It took me a few hours. Solid, dedicated, no-patience-for-anything-else hours. This was long and plotty and well-written, in perfect character, with believable relationships (warts and all), actual discussions about the logistics of polyamory, and a wonderfully sexy payoff at the end. It was all-around spectacular, in point of fact. One of the best triad fics I've ever had the pleasure to have read.
I felt compelled to stop and say as much.
I also see that there is a sequel, and I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. But, uh, that might have to wait until tomorrow, as it is now 3am and I am le tired.
