*happy sighs* This gave me such a delightful excuse to reread the whole verse. This bit fits in so nicely and gives some hints about what the next fic will probably deal with... assuming there is a next one. Which I am assuming. Obviously. :D
But seriously, this is how demon!Dean should be written. All the chaos and the entrophy of his personality magnified with none of his hang-ups. Or, at least, less of his hang-ups. I loved seeing him really genuinely show emotion (even if it was loathing) towards someone outside of his little close-knit group.
I also loved seeing Sam become accepting of their relationship. As Dean pointed out, he did choose to keep the curse and you can really see that affect his behavior here and see him struggling with it. It is all so very interesting!
I can't wait for the next tidbit you give us! Thanks for this little beauty! :D
