I'm nearly finished reading, but I have to go catch a bus, so I'm frantically searching for a PDF or ePub that I can download and
there's nothing!
Oh wooooooe is meeeeee!
Can I make one? If yes, should I send it to you to host or do you not want one publicaly available?
This is really, really good, and I've only got a part and half to go, but my bus! grrrr
